Fun with glasses, Feb 2013

If you look closely you can see Calvin laughing with the rest of us as Porter shows up from the play room with the glasses that Emma had made at activity days.

Roc also wanted in on the action!

Calvin wanted nothing to do with the glasses.

After school while Roc and Emma were busy doing their homework, Porter emerged from the play room with some glasses that Emma had made earlier that week.  The funniest part was how Porter walked out trying not to draw attention to himself.  He knew he was had when Stacie and Ryan started laughing at him and he got a giant grin on his face.  After the reaction he got, Roc and Emma thought they need to try the glasses on, the only one who did  not care for the glasses was Calvin.

While in Portland for Roc and Porter's birthday at Chuck E. Cheese, spending time with Nichole and Brian is always entertaining for the kids and of course entertaining for all to watch.

Roc's 8th Birthday, Feb. 2013

 

For Roc's birthday we went to his favorite restaurant where we enjoyed some good food and Roc got some fried ice cream and to wear the birthday sombrero.

 

Roc did share his fried ice cream (even though he probably could have ate the entire fried ice cream).

We all got up from the table to check out Roc's new presents that he received and left Calvin strapped into his seat, he didn't mind he simply took advantage of the alone time and Porter's cake!

For Roc's birthday, Aunt Nicole and Uncle Brian let him pick out a toy from the Lego Store. 

Roc found out that he was sharing this birthday cake with Brian.

For Roc's birthday we went out for dinner twice, the first time was in Rogue River at his favorite Mexican restaurant followed by a second celebration in Portland with Nicole and Brian at Chuck 'e' Cheese.  While in Portland we also had a joint celebration for Brian's birthday.  As you can see we did not get any pictures at Chuck 'e' Cheese, we were too busy playing.
